Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 5, 2026

Symphony was designed around a simple idea: we do not need to know who you are to listen well. This policy describes the little we collect, why we collect it, and the promises we make about it.

1. What we collect, and why

• Your email address, given at purchase. We use it to send your PIN, your receipt, and replies you ask for. Nothing else.

• Your phone number, when you call. We use it to route your call, to recognize whether you have already used the complimentary 3-minute conversation, and to protect the line from misuse.

• Payment information is handled entirely by our payment processor. Symphony never sees or stores your full card number.

• Call transcripts. The words of a conversation are kept as text. We never keep the audio of your voice.

We do not ask for your name, and you do not need to give it to use Symphony.

2. Promises we make

• Your phone number is never sold and never shared. Not with advertisers, not with data brokers, not with anyone.

• We never sell any personal information, and we do not use your email or number for marketing lists.

• Support is never connected to the line. If you write to help@symphonysupportnetwork.com, the person answering cannot see your conversations. The support mailbox and the conversation line are separate systems, so asking for help never links your name to what you talked about.

3. Transcripts: what is kept, for how long, and who can see it

Every call begins with a short spoken notice, and the call does not proceed unless you agree. After that:

• Transcripts only, never audio. What was said is stored as text; the sound of your voice is not preserved.

• Kept for 90 days. Transcripts are deleted automatically 90 days after the call. Sessions flagged for safety review may be held longer while the review is pending.

• Encrypted. Stored transcripts are unreadable without the proper access key, even if the storage were ever compromised.

• Seen only by designated administrators. Access happens through an administrative dashboard, and every access is itself logged: who opened a transcript, and when.

You may request earlier deletion of a transcript by writing to help@symphonysupportnetwork.com from the email address you used at purchase.

4. Anonymity during conversations

Supporters and Listeners do not have access to your name, city, or phone number during a session. They are prohibited from asking for personal identifying information, and we ask you not to share information that could identify you, or them, during a conversation. Personal contact information is never shared between callers and Live Empathetic Listeners.

5. Text messages

You only receive text messages related to your session, such as session notifications, and only with the consent you give at purchase. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.

6. The website

Our website is hosted on Squarespace and our checkout is provided by our payment processor; both use standard technical cookies to function. We do not add advertising or tracking cookies of our own.

7. Children

Symphony serves women aged 25 and older. The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
