A real-live listener, thoroughly vetted. Every Empathetic Listener is chosen through a rigorous process — identity and background screening, and hands-on evaluation of how they actually handle difficult, real conversations. We look for women, 25 and older, who know how to listen without an agenda, because that's the entire job.

Complete confidentiality. Your Empathetic Listener never has access to your name, city, or phone number. You're free to be exactly as open — or as guarded — as you want to be.

No judgment, ever. This isn't a space for advice you didn't ask for, or opinions about how you should feel. It's a space to say what's true for you, and be heard.

Not a replacement for therapy — and that's the point. Symphony isn't a crisis line, a medical service, or a substitute for professional mental health care. It's something different: a place for the everyday weight that doesn't need a diagnosis, just a witness.

• Symphony Support Network, LLC is a safe, respectful sanctuary created exclusively for women aged 25 and older—a place to vent, decompress, and be heard through compassionate, non-clinical active listening and supportive conversation.

• Your privacy, dignity, and safety—and that of our Empathetic Listeners—are central to everything we do.

• Recording & Quality Assurance

• All sessions produce a script only after your consent is obtained for quality assurance, safety, and compliance purposes. We never sell or trade any information.

• Conversations are never listened to live by Symphony personnel. After a call has ended, recordings may be reviewed by authorized Quality Assurance personnel to help maintain service quality or investigate a reported concern.

• Protecting Your Privacy

• Empathetic Listeners never receive your name, phone number, city or other personal contact information.

• Likewise, we ask callers and Empathetic Listeners not to exchange names, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, social media accounts, or any other identifying information during a session.

• Requesting or attempting to exchange personal contact information is a violation of Symphony's Code of Conduct and may result in immediate removal from the Symphony network.

• Community Standards

• To help maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone, Symphony maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Harassment

• Threats or intimidation

• Romantic or sexual solicitation

• Abusive or discriminatory language

• Attempts to exchange personal contact information

Safety Technology

• Symphony uses automated safety technology to help detect serious violations of our Terms of Service during conversations.

• When a serious violation is detected, the session may be terminated to help protect callers, Empathetic Listeners, and the integrity of the Symphony network.

• Sessions terminated because of a confirmed Terms of Service violations are not eligible for a refund.

Our Story

Symphony Support Network, LLC started with one conversation.

A woman needed to say something out loud — something she'd been carrying alone — but she didn't want to say it to anyone who knew her. Not her family. Not her closest friend. She needed someone who had no history with her, no opinion of her already formed, and nothing to lose by hearing the truth.

She needed a place where she could simply be heard.

That conversation became the idea behind Symphony: a place to say the things you may not feel comfortable saying to the people who know you. No diagnosis. No judgment. No history to live up to or down from. Just a private space for thoughtful, supportive conversation — whether with an AI Supporter or a Live Empathetic Listener.
